The road to the stage
I did not start as a speaker. I went through a company, a crisis and success — and that is exactly what I talk about.
2009
My first company
I started a small trading company and learned first-hand that leading people is harder than any business plan.
2014
Crisis and turnaround
The company came to the edge. A year that taught me more about communication and courage than my whole studies — and one I now unpack on stage.
2017
The first workshops
Peers from the industry began inviting me to pass on what I had been through to their teams. That is how my first workshops were born.
2020
Full-time on stage
I handed the company over to the team and now devote myself fully to speaking and mentoring. Today I stand on dozens of conference stages a year.

In which languages do you speak?
I speak in Slovak, Czech and English. For German audiences I run workshops with interpretation — we can always agree on a format that fits your event.
How far in advance should I book you?
Ideally six to eight weeks so we can fit in the consultation and tailored preparation. With a free date, though, I can step in faster — get in touch and we will find a way.
Will you adapt the topic to our company?
Yes, and I consider it a given. Before every event we hold a short consultation so the content fits your audience, goals and company context precisely.
