A speaker who lived it first
I am not a theorist from a book. For fifteen years I ran my own company, went through a crisis that nearly floored me and a success that taught me humility. That is exactly what I talk about — without pathos, with concrete tools and with respect for the people sitting in the room.
Who I am
I do not care whether people applaud after a talk. I care whether they do something differently at work the next day. That is the only metric that means anything to me.
